Please fill in your NACL custom account number. This enables NACL
to bill your account correctly. If your account number is wrong
on your Pre-printed airbills, please notify NACL.
Item 4:
Located to the far right of the sample. THIS IS THE MOST
IMPORTANT! To ensure the lowest possible rate, you must
mark the requested service level. We recommend Next Afternoon
or Second Day Service. If this area is left blank
or marked otherwise, you will be charges the high rate of an Express
package, as noted in small print on the form. NACL receives Express
packages the same time as our Next Afternoon, by 9:00 a.m. daily.
There is no need to spend extra dollars on Express Service to
NACL.
Item 5:
Fill in the number of packages.
Item 6: VERY IMPORTANT
Please fill in the WEIGHT of your package. When no weight is indicated
on the airbill, DHL Express will apply a default weight,
which is usually five pounds. This will result in an extra
charge to you.
Item 7:
Indicate Letter Express if you are sending paperwork
in an DHL envelope. Indicate Express Pack for any other type
of package.
There is an extra charge for declared value
insurance.
Each packet of pre-printed airbills you receive
from DHL contains a business reply re-order card. This card
us usually located towards the middle of your packet. When you
are running low on forms, simply drop the card in the mail. It
contains all the information needed to supply you with new pre-printed
airbills. If you wish to make any changes to your pre-prints contact
